Poured concrete foundation complete with heavy duty damp proofing

2" x 6" exterior wall construction

All exterior doors to be steel insulated

Quality clay brick exterior complete with decorative brick detailing

Maintenance free aluminum soffits, fascia, eaves trough and down pipes

Maintenance free sectional overhead garage door complete with power supply for remote garage door opener

Maintenance free solid vinyl casement windows on the face of the house complete with colonial grills

Maintenance free solid vinyl sliders through out the remainder of the house, five foot vinyl sliding glass door where applicable

All windows include Low E thermopane glass and opening windows to include screens

All windows and doors fully caulked

Self sealing asphalt shingles from builder's samples warranted for twenty years by the manufacturer

Vulnerable areas of shower stalls and bath tub enclosures protected from concrete wall board to protect from moisture rot

All  homes insulated to building code standards

Fully sodded lot

Fully paved driveway

Precast concrete walkways where applicable

Electrical and Heating Fixtures:

100 AMP electrical service panel wired to code standards

Electrical stove and dryer receptacles , dryer vent included

Two weather proof exterior electrical outlets

Polished brass finished hardware in all finished areas

Deadbolt locks on all exterior doors
